Notre fleur de sel de mer libanaise est la forme de sel de mer la plus rare et la plus pris\u00e9e. Elle se forme naturellement sous forme de cristaux minces et floconneux \u00e0 la surface d'\u00e9tangs sal\u00e9s baign\u00e9s de soleil. Soigneusement r\u00e9colt\u00e9 \u00e0 la main en petites quantit\u00e9s, il conserve ses min\u00e9raux naturels et son humidit\u00e9, ce qui lui conf\u00e8re un go\u00fbt franc et un croquant subtil et satisfaisant.<\/p>\n

Contrairement au sel de table ordinaire, la fleur de sel se dissout lentement dans le palais, ajoutant une texture et une finition raffin\u00e9e \u00e0 tout plat.<\/p>\n
