At Saveurs du Liban, everything we share with you is made in small batches, crafted with care, and often produced in limited quantities. Because of this, we do our best to make sure you’re happy with your order — but if something doesn’t go as expected, here’s how we handle returns:

Returns
For food safety reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days at CUSTOMER@SAVEURDULIBAN.COM with your order number and a photo. Once reviewed, we will issue a refund or replacement to make things right.

Exchanges
Our products are seasonal and crafted in small batches, which means availability is limited. If something arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to send you a replacement when possible.
