Our products are made with the utmost care by a team of farmers and artisans whose expertise has been passed down from father and mother to sons and daughters for over 1,000 years, the average age of the village’s olive trees.

The journey to Montreal begins after picking in the sunny fields, harvesting in the salt marshes, and meticulous sorting in a central kitchen where artisans mix, measure, package, preserve, and ensure that the final taste is unforgettable.

A Family Legacy Rooted in Olive Trees

The history of Saveurs du Liban is a family affair, dating back as far as the thousand-year-old olive trees in the village of Amioun, in the province of Koura in northern Lebanon. 

Based in Lebanon and Montreal, Saveurs du Liban is behind a limited ethical production, everything is grown with the utmost respect for the environment and blended according to ancestral recipes.
